Mental Toughness is a word you may hear a lot these days! Most times we find people think about Mental Toughness in terms of great physical feats.
Only 15% of Navy SEAL candidates make it through training and their success is attributable to Mental Toughness. Sport stars like Tom Brady or Tiger Woods come to mind. People who succeed in high pressure situations.
But Mental Toughness, as you can see from our definition above, can be used in any situation whether it’s a physical feat, being a good parent, starting a business, or dealing with a global pandemic.
Learning Mental Toughness
Another thing we find is people think we are either born Mentally Tough or not. I used to think this way! But the good news is Mental Toughness is a skill that can be developed, just like a muscle, and that is what we teach in “The Big 4 of Mental Toughness” Seminar.

The Big 4 Seminar is an in person event (although we can tailor it to virtual) that teaches the participant the skills of the Big 4.
In the Seminar we:
- Go deep on each topic so the participant understands each skill
- Teach the participant how to train the skills
- Teach the participant ways to implement the skills when needed
- Put the skills into practice using a real world example
By the end of the seminar you will have the knowledge and skills, when trained, that will allow you to become a better athlete, parent, spouse or mate, employee, entrepreneur, and better at life in general.
