We talk about Breathing and Breathing Practices here on Win In Your Mind for many reasons! First and foremost it’s because controlling our breath allows us to control our thoughts and our physiology, and that is the first step in winning in our mind.
But proper breathing also has TONS of health benefits and we believe it is the foundation of good health!
Take a Deep Breath is a YouTube channel dedicated to Breathing. You’ll find Breathcasts (podcasts) as well as Breathing Practices on Take a Deep Breath including my go-to, Box Breathing.
